The past few months have been difficult -- for all of us. While our country grapples with a deadly pandemic that has taken over 110,000 American lives, we are also once again confronted with the harsh realities of racial injustice. The deaths of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, and Breonna Taylor have ignited a call for justice and reform. We recognize the need for change in our country, and we stand with the Black community.

At Grand Furniture, we have always strived to build a brand that appreciates diversity in our workforce and in our community. And while we all struggle with pain and anger over the events of the past few weeks, we want you to know that we stand with our employees and our customers in the grief that many of you are now experiencing on many levels.

In the coming weeks, we will be taking steps to create forums within our company to discuss how we can do our part to move our organization forward towards more inclusion, understanding, and appreciation of every perspective.

We will also be looking for ways to support local organizations taking action. While there will be specific details to come, please know that we realize that change comes when we all do our part.
